MyFitness Group Trainings
MyFitness group trainings include classic studio workouts, Club-in-Club special concept classes (Studio X, BOXBOX, Fusion Pilates), and small group gym training sessions such as StrongBody and CrossTraining.
Cardio
Trainings, where main goal is to improve stamina. Marked with red colour in timetable.

Strength
Trainings, where main goal is to improve strength and muscle endurance. Marked with black colour in timetable.

Body & Mind
Trainings, where main goal is to improve flexibility and achieve balance between body and mind. Marked with green colour in timetable.

Dance
Dance classes aren’t just great for cardiovascular health, You’ll also tone Your muscles and improve balance and flexibility. Burn calories as You move to the rythm and have fun!

Club in Club
Unique studios where lighting, music, and an inspiring trainer create a special workout experience!

Seniors
Senior fitness — it is training aimed at strengthening of health and ageing prevention for middle age and elderly persons. The goal of this training is strengthening of health, extending of functional capabilities, raising of the level of physical development, and maintaining of support and movement apparatus.
